Vintage 60a Vera Neumann rectangular silk scarf (Red, White & Blue)
Very good shape- one short end has unrolled seam issues. Would be an exsy fix for the seam by someone well versed in silk sewing. Navy blue background with bright red and white stripes and cirles/dots. Signature is also in white on bottom edge.
